As a result, it has about twice the moisture absorption and release effect, which is a unique feature of rush, and it absorbs the muggy humidity of summer and does not feel sticky when you lie down. After many years of use, the surface gradually changes to a beautiful amber color, and it has a glossy feel as if it had been waxed.

Another feature is its rarity. It can only be produced in Okinawa, the area for cultivation is very small, and it is not available in stores on the mainland. The lining is covered with non-woven fabric with a non-slip finish to prevent flooring from being noticed.
